Description
Once upon a time, Pleasantville’s cute and popular resident jock, Tommy Dawkins (Brandon Quinn), met an unexpected fate. Bitten by a wolf in the woods one night, he started to transform – at rather inopportune times – into a werewolf, a creature completely at odds with the surroundings of small-town Pleasantville. As Tommy grappled with his newfound condition, and learned the lessons that will make him a hero instead of an outcast, he befriended Pleasantville High’s Goth-inclined Merton J. Dingle (Danny Smith). Perhaps the oddest denizen of the town, until Tommy started wolfing out, Merton is a kind-hearted, albeit somewhat nerdy, soul – searching for a bit of popularity, acceptance and a date with a girl. When he learned that Tommy was a true lycanthrope, the junior master of the macabre seized the opportunity to help Tommy deal with his condition. Tommy and Merton have shared a myriad of supernatural adventures, with Merton guarding Tommy’s secret, until Lori Baxter (Aimee Castle), a kick-boxing, chop-busting, teenaged beauty arrived on the scene. Eventually learning of Tommy’s lycanthropic tendencies, Lori started joining Tommy and Merton on their late night sojourns, becoming an integral part of this dynamic trio. The self-appointed protectors of Pleasantville now continue their battles with otherworldly denizens, as their fans hold their collective breaths and seek the answers to two important questions; Can anyone help cure Tommy of the werewolf curse? And will Merton ever experience a really meaningful date with a girl, one who is in fact… human?
